About Us
International Fiduciaries Limited is a financial services provider incorporated in Hong Kong in 2011 and carries a Trust or Corporate Services Provider (“TCSP”) License.
We are an independent provider of professional services to support private clients, intermediaries, corporations, pension schemes and family offices.
We provide customised solutions for clients looking for protection of international assets, wealth planning, estate management and tax structuring. Our goal is to create and maintain structures that protect and enhance client assets across generations and multiple jurisdictions.

Our key principals have all held senior positions with financial services businesses including founder, partner, CEO and Managing Director positions, covering the trust, accounting, legal, private equity and investment areas both internationally and in Asia.

Carolyn has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry including trusts, collective investment services, investment services and retirement schemes. She has spent the past 25 years based in Asia.

Former Director & CEO of the Hong Kong Trust Company Limited, former founder and CEO of The Henlyn Group Limited, and former Managing Director of AIA Pension and Trustee Company covering Asia Region

Past Chair of the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association and continues as a board member

Member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and numerous other industry associations

Has a commerce degree, an MBA, a Masters of Business Law, and is a Certified Trust Practitioner in Hong Kong

She is an MPFA approved independent director and acts as AMLRO and MLRO for a number of funds.

Ken has over 40 years experience in financial services industry with the majority based in Hong Kong.

He is a CPA with both Australian and Hong Kong qualifications and has been practicing since 1975
